Developing a mindfulness practice can be a key aspect to creating a richer, more meaningful life. Mindfulness can be utilized as a tool to work with addictions, anxiety, mood, transitions, and really, just about anything life throws our way.

There is a whole spectrum of ways in which one can practice mindfulness, from how we engage with external stimuli  to how we notice our own thoughts. Our whole world can be a resource for practice. In fact, we don’t even need to go out into the world for this. Our very beings offer a virtual playground for exploration.

I have been practicing different forms of mindfulness and meditation since 1999. As one of my passions, I always welcome the opportunity to share these practices with others. I have found that integrating mindfulness-based skills with existential, transpersonal, and somatic/body-centered therapies can offer healing and transformation.

If you are interested in developing a mindfulness practice, using mindfulness to improve your mental health or recover from addiction, or would like to utilize mindfulness as a way to prepare for and experience healing, transpersonal states, I would love to support you in your journey.
